This notice explains how Pomar Labs handles personal data on this website, pomarlabs.com. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, because each app handles different data.

Who we are
The data controller is Pomar Labs, an app studio registered in Portugal. You can reach us at hello@pomarlabs.com.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts. We do not track you.
Like any website, it runs on a hosting provider, Vercel Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in short-lived server logs. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and your message only to reply and to handle your request. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it for that, and for longer only when the law requires it. Our email provider stores these messages on our behalf.
Transfers outside the EU
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. Write to hello@pomarlabs.com and we will normally answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at www.cnpd.pt.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
